Holiday Market Rewards Programs

Terms and Conditions

The Holiday Market Rewards Card Programs (Rewards Programs) are designed to reward customer loyalty, by providing various savings, discount, promotional and gift programs. For more information about the Rewards Programs, go to These terms and conditions, which may be modified from time to time, govern Rewards Programs. Your registration and participation in Rewards Programs constitutes your agreement to these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you are not authorized to participate in Rewards Programs.

Eligibility and Registration

In order to be eligible for Rewards Programs, Holiday Market customers must have a Rewards Card. A Rewards Card is free for residents of the United States of America. All Rewards Card holders are eligible for posted in-store discounts. However, Rewards Card holders who are at least 18 years of age and have a legitimate postal address, telephone number and email address can register the Rewards Card in order to be eligible for additional Rewards Programs, including WOW! Points, WOW! Points Auction, contests, give-aways and other exclusive discounts and offers. Registration can be done at We use the personal information you provide us at registration exclusively for administering and auditing the Rewards Programs and to communicate directly with you, our loyal customer.

Notice of Financial Incentive

We honor your privacy as we do our own. Please review our privacy policy at We will store and retain your personal information in a secure fashion in accordance with prevailing standards and best practices.

Our discount program is based upon our reasonable but sole determination of the estimated value of the personal information of California residents provided, which takes into consideration, without limitation, estimates regarding the anticipated revenue generated from such information, the anticipated expenses which might be incurred in the collection, storage, and use of such information in the operation of our business, and other relevant factors related to the estimated value of such information to our business, as permitted under applicable law. The categories of personal information we collect are personal identifiers and personal information, including name, address, email address, phone number and birth month. We estimate the average value to us of collecting your personal information to be an additional $20 of sales per visit. We calculated this estimate by comparing the average purchase size of Rewards customers to the average purchase size of non-Rewards customers.

Changes To or Termination of Rewards Programs

We reserve the right to alter, modify, change or terminate any Rewards Program at any time, with or without notice. The benefits of any Rewards Program, including but not limited to WOW! Points, have no cash value and are not transferable. Upon termination of any Rewards Program, unused offers or benefits will immediately expire and will not be redeemable for cash or any other form of compensation. Benefits linked to any Rewards Card may not be combined with another Rewards Card.

We may cancel a Rewards Card if we determine you are not eligible, that you have engaged in any fraudulent or deceptive practices while participating in a Rewards Program, or for any other reason we deem necessary. We may also cancel a Rewards Card that has been inactive for a period of 18 months.

A Rewards Card holder can cancel his/her card simply by notifying customer service at 1-800-286-8444.

Limitation of Liability

By registering and participating in any of the Rewards Programs, you agree that North State Grocery, Inc., dba Holiday Market and its directors, officers, employees and agents (NSG) SHALL NOT BE LIABLE to you for: (1) any claim, loss, injury, damage, delay, accident, cost or expense, including attorney’s fees, arising out of or related to the Rewards Program; (2) any incidental, indirect, special, punitive, exemplary or consequential damages arising out of or related to the Rewards Programs; (3) any failure, delay or decision by NSG in administering a Rewards Program; (4) any unauthorized use of your Rewards Card; (5) any data security breach as to the information you provide to register your Rewards Card that is beyond our reasonable control; (6) any representation, claim, offer or statement we make about a Rewards Program and (7) any offers you receive through a Rewards Program.
